Palliative Care Breakfast Lecture Series

For healthcare professionals with an interest in palliative care

This education opportunity is designed for healthcare professionals with an interest in palliative care. The Palliative Care Breakfast Lectures are delivered by webinar in partnership between Hospice NZ and Mobile Health.

First Thursday of each month February to December

Time: 7.30am - 8.30am


These lectures are also an ideal opportunity for those in General Practice to fulfil their Palliative Care Partnership annual update requirements. Please forward a copy of your certificate to education@arohanuihospice.org.nz if you wish this to be recorded on the PCP database.

These sessions are free of charge.

Individuals may access the lectures via a smartphone, tablet or computer connected to the internet. Instructions detailed next.

  • You can download the flyer and/or register to attend at this link.
  • If you download the pdf flyer, you will see a link at the bottom of the page to register for the webinar. Simply click through the link and answer the short questionnaire, and you’ll be registered.
  • Following registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration and link to join the session. This link is unique to you. Please don’t share it.

Should you require an attendance certificate, you will need to fill out the post-lecture evaluation, the link for which will be provided at the end of the lecture, and make sure to provide your email.

Certificates will be sent electronically to the individual who has registered and completed the online evaluation. Attending the lecture is as simple as attending a zoom.

Where Hospice NZ have permission from the presenter, they will continue to post the recording of the lecture on our closed YouTube page – accessible via the Hospice NZ website.
